Corporate Designs is committed to sourcing the best clothing and products for every occasion for our clients. Our quoting system provides all the information you need to make a decision. This includes a detailed description of the item, pricing, quantities and a colour image of the clothing/product where possible. We aim to send out quotes within 48 hours after receiving your enquiry. For quotes where products need to be specifically sourced for you, we endeavour to provide the quote as soon as we can, usually within 3-5 working days.

Quotes are valid for 30 days, unless advised otherwise. Please note that there may be additional charges not specified on the quote. For example, additional artwork charges may apply should designs need to be altered or redrawn. You will be notified of any additional charges before the work proceeds.

Should you wish to proceed and accept the quote, please email back with a written approval.

Once a quote has been accepted and the approval has been emailed, we then request your artwork and an Artwork Approval to sign off. This information is required to ensure the product ordered is correct and eliminates the chance of any errors. The Artwork Approval will require you to confirm the PMS colours of logo/text. Also, you will need to approve the reproduced format for artwork to be placed on the product/garment.
